If you don’t see the dashboard, click the 25Live Pro link at the top of the page.

 

In 25Live Pro, click on the magnifying glass next to Search Events.

 

Next to Quick Search, change to Advanced.

     

 

Click the Add Criterion button .

Scroll down and click Contacts.

Select a role.

            Example:  Requestor

Click the Edit button.

Type in part or all of a contact’s name.

            Example:  Williams

Check Mark the contact to select.

Click the Done button.

 

If desired, click the Add Criterion button again.

Click Event States.

Click the Edit button.

Check mark the desired states.

Example:  Draft, Tentative and Confirmed

Click the Done button.

Change the AND to OR between the criteria or vice versa as needed.

Use AND in this case.

            AND – both must be true to be included (smaller group).

            OR – either can be true (larger group).

Add other criteria as needed such as contacts – scheduler, organizations, assigned locations or assigned resources.

Click the Save As link on the bottom right of the window.

Type in a Search Name.

            Example:  My Events

Add to Starred Searches:  Yes

Click the Save button.

 

 

To create a new search, click the Reset link near the bottom of the page.

Click the Add Criterion button.

Click Contacts.

Select a role.

            Example:  Requestor or Scheduler

Click the Edit button.

Type in part or all of a contact’s name who is a scheduler.

            Example:  Williams

Check Mark the contact to select.

Click the Done button.

Click the Add Criterion button.

Click Event States.

Click the Edit button.

Check mark the desired states.

Example:  Draft and Tentative

Click the Done button.

Click the Save As link on the bottom right of the window.

Search Name:  To Be Confirmed

Add to Starred Searches:  Yes

Click the Save button.

 

You can change the Select Object drop down box to search for Events, Locations, Organizations, Resources, Tasks or Contacts.
