Click the the link for Outstanding Tasks.

Make sure that is set to List.

 

To bring up an event and check the resources needed, click the name of the event.

            Example:  Blood Drive

 

Switch to Details.

 

Click on Task List.

 

Check Mark the resources to approve.

 

Click the Approve Checked button.

 

Check Mark the resources to deny.

Click the Deny Checked button.

 

When you go back to the dashboard, click the web browser refresh page button.

The tasks section of the page should now show fewer or no outstanding tasks.
