Enroll Account in Self-Service Password Reset Office 365

1. Open your web browser, search for Office 365, and go to the "security info" page.

(To get to this page, click on your account name in the top right corner, choose "view account", and select "security info" on the left side of the screen.)

2. Choose your security verification method (Microsoft Authenticator, text message, phone call, email)

 

3. After selecting and setting up your methods, choose "finish" to complete the process.

 

Your account is now enrolled for Office 365 self-service password reset.

 

4. To change your password, go back to the main account settings screen as selected "password"

5. From here, you may enter in your old password, followed by your new desired password.  Re-type the new password as confirmation.

 

Your password has now been changed.
