If your Microsoft Apps on your work Mac computer show the above window when you launch them, then you have been updated to the most recent version of the Apple App Store version of the software.  You do not have to purchase anything, you only need to select the 'Already have a subscription? Sign-in' option and log in with your campus credentials.  You will then have access to full functionality and all of your OneDrive files like normal.
