Often times, we are tasked with creating Teams meetings for our supervisors or other employees without the expectation of personally starting and/or attending the meeting. In cases where the scheduler does not attend the meeting, the participants must be able to bypass the lobby and enter directly into the meeting. Here are instructions to achieve this option.
- In Teams, go to Calendar, select a meeting, and then select "Meeting Options". This will open a web browser.
- The first option is "Who can bypass the lobby?" There you can select your best option from a dropdown menu.
- The second option is "Always let callers bypass the lobby". You can click on the button to select No or Yes.
- Once you make your changes, click the Save button down at the bottom.
