Starting with Apple IOS 14 and iPadOS 14, there is an additional feature called Private AddressPrivate Address is turned on by default as it can provide extra security in public network settings.

However, this feature is not compatible with W&J's wireless networks and any devices using it will not function properly. You must disable it before WashJeff, WashJeff-IoT-Device, or WashJeff-Guest will work properly.

Follow the steps below to ensure that Private Address is disabled for the WashJeff networks on your device.

  1. Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the information button  next to a network.
